A few things to note as you sign up...
You are only able to sign up yourself. If you are volunteering with family/friends, each volunteer should create their own record and sign up on their own. This helps us know who is onsite and volunteering at our event. Thank you!
For parents signing up student volunteers who are ages 13-17: We now require a parent's signature (digitally) so we know that you know what your child has signed up to work. We count on every volunteer - including our student volunteers - to report for the duration of the shifts they sign up for and we realize that they likely rely on your transportation and help to get here. Also, if your child needs to get credit for their service hours, please know that they will be expected to sign in and sign out of each shift onsite as we will be reporting hours to any requesting school/organization for verification. Thank you!
If a shift does not appear, that means it is FULL. We need a lot of help in many areas and appreciate your flexibility in helping out this important community event.
AND WE APPRECIATE OUR VOLUNTEERS!!!
- All volunteers working a shift in FOOD CONCESSIONS, KITCHEN, GRILL or PACK UP will receive an awesome Oktoberfest Volunteer baseball hat.
- All volunteers working 2 shifts will receive a voucher for a beverage and pretzel or dessert.
- All volunteers working 3 or more shifts will receive an Oktoberfest Volunteer baseball hat plus food & drink voucher.
Thank you so much again for helping to make this year's Oktoberfest a continued success! We wouldn’t be able to hold this event – or raise thousands of dollars for scholarships - without YOU!
